Made by The Adapti MFG Co. of Cleveland, Ohio around 1910
White Shade with Green lip
This is a very early Holophane Porcelain Enamel Shade.
12 1/2" Shade.
The fixture hangs roughly 12" but can be made longer if needed for the cost of wiring.
